If you are dissatisfied with anything at Indigo Dental Practice, please contact Mr Christopher Martin (GDC 152962) in the first instance. He can give you a copy of our complaints procedure if necessary. We will acknowledge your complaint or concern within three working days of receipt and we will investigate your complaint within ten working days, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
